IFKAD 2021 Rome, Italy || 1 September 2021 - 3 September 2021

Purpose

The purpose of IFKAD 2021 is to understand the role of managing knowledge to support organisations to navigate uncertain times. The scale and variety of disruptions affecting businesses are unprecedented and astounding. Disruptions and overlapping crises threaten the working mechanisms of socio-cultural and economic-production ecosystems, and organisational systems are challenged to understand how they can be sustainable, keep moving forward and growing. The current coronavirus pandemic has brought to the fore a new level of uncertainty and poses difficult and even unprecedented challenges for the sustainability of organisations and communities.
During uncertain times organisational business models and traditional working mechanisms are at stake, and organisations must develop strategies and implement management initiatives to respond to the waves of disruptions impacting on their businesses.
