Participation at the IFKAD conference is subject to registration and fee payment.
Deadline for registration: 31 May 2025
Please note, that each paper, in order to be scheduled for presentation and publication, has to be registered by at least one of the authors and have unique presenter (e.g. one person can be assigned as a presenter of one paper only).
Registration Fees
Registration fees for participating at IFKAD 2025 conference is as follow.
IN PERSON PARTICIPATION
Early-Bird registration: 490 EUR
Regular registration: 620 EUR
PhD Students registration: 380 EUR
ONLINE PARTICIPATION
Virtual Only registration: 320 EUR
How to Register
To book your place at the conference we kindly invite you to compile the registration form in all its parts and proceed with either direct credit card payment or bank transfer* payment.
* Bank transfer option available until 15 May 2025. After this date only credit card payment is applicable.

Registration fees include
IN PERSON / ON-SITE PARTICIPATION:
Access to all conference sessions and speeches (both live and virtual), Delegate conference package with all presented material, Social events, Coffee breaks, Lunches, Publication of accepted paper.
ONLINE / VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION:
Access to all virtual presentations and speeches and speeches, electronic conference package, publication of accepted paper. (On-Site part of the event, incl. sessions and speeches, is not virtually accessible)

Accompany person
If you want to be accompanied by a guest, please note that accompany person does not have access to the conference sessions.
Accompany person can attend the social program only by paying relative tickets.
Accompany person at social events:
Welcome reception: 50 EUR
Gala Dinner: 120 EUR
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 15 April 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. We regret that no refunds can be made after that date. If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another co-author or member of your organization. All cancellations must be in writing sent by email with return receipt to: info (at) ifkad.org
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We only provide relevant information with our partners (venue, catering etc) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations.
