Description

This track explores how the search for new business paradigms passes through both business innovation and management innovation. While business innovation addresses the way in which business is done, management innovation is achieved by significantly changing the tasks to be performed by management, organisational structures and management processes. Competitive advantage is thus achieved not only with a good business model but also with a sound and consistent management model. The track explores the contribution of new technologies applied to the business and management model by always putting the person at the centre.
