During the IFKAD 2024 conference, two main social events are planned. Welcome Reception on the first day and Gala Dinner on the second day of the conference.
WELCOME RECEPTION
Welcome Reception of IFKAD 2024 will take place in the Polytechnic University of Madrid (the conference venue) on Wednesday 12 June between 18.30 – 20.30h
GALA DINNER
Gala Dinner of IFKAD 2024 will take place at the HYATT REGENCY Madrid on Thursday 13 June between 20.30 – 24.00h.
GUIDED VISIT – SASSI OF MATERA
In the morning of Saturday 10 June, we organize a guided tour of Sassi of Matera for those who are interested.
This visit will take max 3 hours (meeting at 9.30 h Piazza V. Venetto), and it is free of charge for all registered participants of IFKAD 2023 and their accompany person. During the tour, visiting extra of “Casa Grotta” and “Chiese Rupestri” (Rock Churches), a ticket of 5 EUR/person will be asked (to be paid at the registration desk).
We kindly ask participants, who would like to attend this event, to communicate us their interest by email or by submitting the information using this form. (If you have indicated this event during the registration process, no need of additional booking.)
